Our deadlines vary depending on three elements: the complexity of the project , the volume of the order and the period of the year . In general, we can start production within 15 days of the order confirmation . Once launched, each pair is personalized by hand carefully.
It is also necessary to provide the delivery times , which are added to the production time. We ship all our orders from Belgium , with suitable solutions depending on the destination and the number of pairs.

Each project is unique, and our prices are too. As all our personalizations are made by hand, and not printed, the price depends on the model chosen, the number of pairs ordered and the complexity of the design. We therefore establish our prices on quote.
There is no minimum order quantity, you can order a pair or hundreds.
We always send a project preview before any order validation. This is a realistic photo montage illustrating the graphic design corresponding to your expectations on the basketball pair of your choice.

The areas that we customize are in leather or canvas, depending on the model. On the other hand, the rubber soles are not suitable for lasting personalization, and we prefer not to intervene.
