Our lead times vary depending on three factors: the complexity of the project , the order volume , and the time of year . Generally, we can begin production within 15 days of order confirmation . Once production begins, each pair is carefully hand-customized.
Delivery times , in addition to production time, must also be factored in Belgium , with solutions tailored to the destination and the number of pairs.
We always make sure to meet your deadlines.
Each project is unique, and so are our prices. Since all our customizations are done by hand, not printed, the price depends on the chosen model, the number of pairs ordered, and the complexity of the design. Therefore, we provide quotes upon request.
There is no minimum order quantity; you can order one pair or hundreds.
We always send a preview of the project before any order confirmation. This is a realistic photo montage illustrating the graphic design that matches your expectations on the pair of sneakers of your choice.

Since the visuals are created with paints and not printed with machines, the colors are as close as possible to your color codes but may vary slightly.
We send parcels around the world through our parcel shipping partners.
We primarily work with models like the Adidas Stan Smith, the Converse Chuck Taylor, or the Nike Air Force One. These are solid, iconic sneakers that are easy to obtain in multiple pairs, making them ideal for serial projects.
The areas we customize are made of leather or canvas, depending on the model. However, rubber soles are not suitable for long-term customization, and we prefer not to alter them.
Any price discount from us includes the price of the shoes.
A percentage discount is offered based on established tiers: 3 pairs, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250… pairs
