We offer several options for personalizing your shoes online at www.doublegcustoms.com. You can use our online customization tools, which give you access to a wide selection of models and personalization options such as inscriptions, designs, beads, Swarovski crystals, bows, laces, tulle, and more. You can also order our pre-made personalized shoe models for added convenience, incorporating your initials, the date of a special event, your first names, etc., depending on the chosen model.

If you don't find what you're looking for among our many customization options for your shoes, we can also offer bespoke customization tailored to your specific needs. To do so, request a quote via the contact , providing us with as much detail as possible about your custom shoe project.

You can get a visual preview of your future custom-made shoes before placing your order. This service costs €25, which will be deducted from the total amount if you place your order. To receive your preview, please contact us and describe your project as precisely as possible.

The shoes

We primarily work with Converse, Adidas, and Nike. We also offer our own line of leather shoes. For custom projects, we can work with any brand or model of shoe to create your personalized pair of sneakers. Feel free to contact us to discuss the customization options for a specific model.

At www.doublegcustoms.com , when you place an order, a pair of shoes is always included with the customization. However, you can provide your own pair of shoes if you prefer. Please note that the shoes must be brand new and you must send them to us by mail. Contact us for a quote for your custom shoe project without a pair included.

We work exclusively with original models from the Converse, Adidas and Nike brands and we source our products from official suppliers.

To ensure you order the correct size, we recommend checking it using the Size Guide . However, if you've never worn shoes from this brand before, we still advise trying on a pair of the chosen style in store to confirm your size.

PRICE AND PAYMENTS

For collector models, the price is fixed and is displayed on each product page.

For custom models, the base price is displayed and this is modified according to the different options chosen.

For a custom project, we work on a quote basis depending on the different customization elements and the complexity of the project.

You can order your custom shoes using the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card, and Bancontact. We work with PayPal and Stripe for 100% secure online payments. If you don't have access to one of these payment methods, we can also provide you with an account number for making a bank transfer.

We offer payment in installments through our payment provider Alma. You can pay in 2, 3, or 4 monthly installments at no extra cost.

If you have a personalisation project requiring more than 5 pairs of personalized shoes, such as a wedding with witnesses in sneakers or a shoe customisation between friends, you can contact us to obtain a preferential rate under certain conditions.

Delivery and lead times

Creating your custom shoes takes time. We meticulously refine every detail to ensure your sneakers are both authentic and aesthetically pleasing. The production time for your custom pair typically ranges from 2 to 8 weeks and depends primarily on the shoe model and brand you select. You will find the approximate production time for each product on its page.

Are you creating custom shoes for a special event? We strongly recommend placing your order at least two months in advance for peace of mind. You can also send us a message to check the feasibility of your order if you have a shorter timeframe.

The estimated delivery time provided by our carrier is:

1-2 business days for Belgium

2-3 business days for France, Luxembourg, other countries and Germany

4-5 business days for other European countries

5-10 business days for the rest of the world

All our packages are shipped with tracking numbers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If your tracking information doesn't yet show any updates, don't worry; it usually takes 24 hours for it to be updated after shipment.

We deliver our custom-made shoes to designers all over the world.

If you reside outside Europe, you may be subject to customs duties or additional taxes upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these additional charges and are not responsible for them.

Your orders are prepared with the utmost care to arrive in perfect condition. We use ultra-resistant double-walled cardboard packaging to ensure every order arrives undamaged. Each delivery has its own tracking number and insurance with signature confirmation for optimal tracking.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination country of your order. Once you have added the items in your order to your cart, you will see the shipping cost amount based on the destination country.

Returns and After-Sales Service

If you haven't yet received your order: check the tracking information. It may be in transit or have been delivered to a pickup point. You can also contact the delivery service, who can provide more information about your order status. If you are still unable to obtain information about your order status, please contact us .

If you notice a personalization error or an obvious defect on the shoe, we invite you to contact us , attaching good quality photos, within 15 days of receiving your order.

If, despite all the care we take in packaging our parcels, you find that they and their contents are damaged upon arrival, we invite you to take photos and report it to the carrier so that it can be returned directly.

Each pair of shoes, whether ordered through our online customization tools or from our collection, is handcrafted
after you place your order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns unless due to an error on our part or a clear defect in the shoe. Therefore, we urge you to be particularly careful when choosing your shoe size.

Regarding accessories such as laces, cleaning products, charms… You can return them within 14 days in their original packaging.

For returns due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a label to print and affix to the package.

If the return is for personal reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The price of the returned item will be refunded if it is eligible and returned within 14 days of receipt.
