You can use our online customization tools that give you access to a wide choice of customization models and options such as inscriptions, drawings, pearls, Swarovski rhinestones, nodes, laces, tulle ... You can also order our personalized shoe models for easier by incorporating your initials, the date of a large event, your first names ... depending on the chosen model.
I have a specific project, can you do it?

Can I have an overview of my personalized pair before ordering?
It is possible to obtain a visual of your future pair of personalized shoes before placing an order. This service is billed 25 € which will be deducted from the total amount in the event of an order. To receive your visual, contact us by describing your project as precisely as possible.

We work mainly with the converse, Adidas and Nike brands. We also offer our own range of leather shoes. As part of a tailor -made project, we can also work on any brand or model of shoes for making your personalized pair of sneakers. Can I provide the pair of shoes to personalize?
On www.doublegcustoms.com , when you place an order, the pair of shoes is always included with personalization. You can each one provide the pair of shoes yourself if you wish. Please note, the pair must imperatively be new and you must send us it via the post office. Contact us to get a quote for your personalized shoe project without a pair included.
Are the shoes authentic?
We work of course only on original models of converse, adidas and Nike brands and we provide official suppliers.
How to choose my size?
To be sure to order the right size, we invite you to check it via the size guide . We still advise you to try a pair of the model chosen in store if you have never worn shoes from the brand to check your size.
Price and payments
How much is a personalized pair?
For collection models, the price is fixed and is displayed on each product sheet.
For tailor-made models, the basic price is displayed and it is changed according to the different options chosen.
For a tailor -made project, we work on quote according to the different personalization elements and the complexity of the project.
What means of payments are available?
You can order your personalized shoes using the following payments: PayPal, Credit Card and Bancontact. We work with Paypal and Stripe payment providers for 100% secure online payments. In the event that you do not have access to one of its means of payment, we can also communicate an account number to make a transfer.
Can I pay in several times?
We offer payment in several times via our Alma payment service provider. You can pay in 2, 3 or 4 monthly payments at no additional cost.
Is there a reduction if I order several pairs?
If you have a personalization project requiring more than 5 personalized pairs such as a wedding with sneakers or a customization of shoes with friends, you can contact us to obtain a preferential rate under certain conditions.
Delivery and delays
Under what time will my order be shipped?
The realization of your pairs of personalized shoes requires time. We refine every detail so that the pair of sneakers is authentic and aesthetic. The manufacturing time of your personalized pair varies from 2 to 8 weeks on average and mainly depends on the model and the shoe brand you have chosen. You will find on each product sheet the approximate time required for it.
Do you create personalized shoes for a particular event? We strongly advise you to order at least 2 months before D -Day for more tranquility. You can also send us a message to check the feasibility of your order in the case of a shorter period.
How long will my order be delivered?
The delivery time estimated by our carrier is:
1-2 J worked for Belgium
2-3 J worked for France, Luxembourg, countries and Germany
4-5 J worked for the other European countries
5-10 J worked for the rest of the world
How to follow the delivery of my order?
All our packages are shipped with follow -up number. Once your order is sent, you will receive an email mentioning your follow -up number. If your tracking still has no information, do not panic, it is generally 24 hours for it to be updated after sending.

We deliver our personalized shoes to creators around the world.
Will there be customs fees or taxes?
If you live outside Europe, it is possible that customs fees or additional taxes are claimed on the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we have no power on these additional costs and are not responsible for it.
Is delivery secure?
Your orders are prepared with the greatest care to arrive in perfect condition. We use resistant ultra -torn double gauge cardboard packaging so that each order arrives in perfect condition. Each delivery has its follow -up number and insurance with a delivery against signature for optimal follow -up.
Are there any delivery costs?
The delivery costs are calculated according to the weight and the country of destination of your order. Once the items in your order have been added to the basket, you will get the amount of delivery costs depending on the country of destination.
Return and after -sales service
I did not receive my order, what to do?
If you have not yet received your order: check the follow-up of it. It may be being delivered or has been delivered in a relay point. You can also contact the delivery service which can give you more information on the status of your order. If despite this, you cannot get information about the status of your order, we invite you to contact us.
I received my order but it has an error or a defect, what to do?
If you notice a customization error or a manifest defect on the shoe, we invite you to contact us by joining good quality photos within 15 days after receiving your order.
The package arrived damaged, what to do?
If despite all the care that we take to package our packages, you find that it and its content are damaged when they arrive, we invite you to take photos and report it to the carrier for it to be returned directly.
My order does not suit me, can I turn it over?
Each pair of shoes, whether it comes from our online customization modules or our collection models, is handmade
after your order. For this reason, we do not accept any return which is not motivated by an error on our part or a manifest defect on the shoe. Also we invite you to be particularly vigilant about the choice of size.
Regarding accessories such as laces, cleaning products, charms ... You can return them within 14 days in their original packaging.
Are there any return costs?
As part of a return following a defect or an error on our part, we pay the return costs. You will receive a label to print and stick on the package.
If it is a return for personal reasons, the return costs are your responsibility. The price of the returned item will be reimbursed if it is eligible and has returned within 14 days after receipt.
